Day 4 - Juneau
Juneau is the capital of Alaska, and a southern island.
A tour bus took us around to a few sights:

A non-profit fish hatchery helped to restore salmon in the area. They have a museum and explain how they harvest eggs to grow salmon.

Once the salmon swim up the ladder, they land here. Workers sort them by species.

Mendenhall Glacier is a glacier about 13.6 miles long located in Mendenhall Valley, about 12 miles from downtown Juneau in the southeast area of the U.S. state of Alaska.

... and all the other people, of course.

The waterfall to the right is melt from further up the glacier.

Just a short hike on the Gold Creek Salmon Bake property brought us to this sight. 🤩
